How does the demo work?
The public demo requires no registration and uses artificial sample data only.

Which languages are supported?
The public website and Susi support German, English and Spanish.
Can Susi understand images?
Yes. Approved functions can analyse image content and describe visible objects or information.
Can Susi read documents?
Susi can process suitable approved documents. File type, plan, permissions and privacy rules determine the scope.
Can I talk to Susi?
Yes. Text, voice messages and Live Voice are available.
How do voice messages work?
A recording is securely sent to the server, transcribed and answered like a text question.
Which plans are available?
BubbleBeer offers Assist, Starter, Business and an individually configured Enterprise option.
How does registration work?
Registration starts through the relevant public plan or order path, followed by guided setup.
How does WhatsApp work with BubbleBeer?
Depending on plan and setup, WhatsApp can be connected and routed into the shared communication context.
How does BubbleBeer handle company data?
Central systems and customer data are stored in Nuremberg. Some AI functions use OpenAI and are explained transparently in the privacy information.
