Scope
These notices describe the public A207 Owner Preview, including the public demo and Susi page. They are not a privacy policy for the independent business processes of a future customer or tenant portal.
Website and contact
Page requests transmit technical connection data, such as your IP address, requested address and browser information, to the web server to deliver and secure the website. If you email us, your sender address, message and any attachments are processed to handle your enquiry. Contact links open your email application; clicking them alone does not send a message.
Susi, AI and page context
When you ask the public Susi a question, your text or voice transcript, language and necessary conversation context are processed. Susi also uses the supplied knowledge base for the current website. AI processing uses OpenAI. Only provide information needed for your request.
Demo and conversation storage
The public demo and public Susi page use the same session-based conversation service. It keeps a limited history of texts, answers and voice transcripts in server memory. After 30 minutes without a request to this service, the conversation state is removed; Chat Reset also discards it. Closing a tab does not immediately delete all server, operational or provider data. The demo voice budget is managed separately on the server for each session. The portal cosmos currently shows previews; this Susi does not create contact, task or calendar records there.
Files and voice
File analysis is not currently connected on either public Susi surface. Selecting a file displays a notice; no file is sent for analysis. Voice messages use the microphone after browser permission and are sent to OpenAI for transcription. Live Voice sends audio to OpenAI through WebRTC during the conversation. Microphone access starts with the activated voice feature, not merely by visiting the page. You can revoke browser permission in website settings.
Storage and analytics
Session cookies associate Susi and the Bubble Counter with a session. Browser storage retains the theme, demo state and Susi preferences. The Cookies page provides details. No advertising or audience measurement service was found in the inspected public A207 pages. Capturing the current page state for Susi is nevertheless data processing and takes place in connection with a Susi request.
Purposes and legal bases
Contractual and pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Delivery, security and the demonstration you request serve legitimate interests in a functioning and understandable product offering (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Legal obligations may require processing under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Browser microphone permission does not replace any separately required data protection consent.
Recipients and international processing
Technical website service providers and OpenAI for the AI and voice features process the data transmitted for those purposes. The OpenAI interfaces used in the inspected source do not establish exclusive processing within the EU/EEA; processing outside that area is possible. Disabling storage of individual AI responses does not guarantee that the provider stores no data. Information on the applicable contracting entities, transfer safeguards and provider retention periods can be requested at info@bubblebeer.eu.
Retention and your rights
The Cookies page lists technically identifiable browser lifetimes. These do not establish deletion periods for server-side conversations, operational logs, email or provider data. Contact info@bubblebeer.eu for information about your records and erasure requests. Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
