How Standby works
While you run your business yourself, Susi learns the business context you share with her: customers and contacts, email connections and WhatsApp conversations, tasks, appointments and workflows.
Whether you are ill, unavailable, exhausted, taking a holiday or simply want someone else to take over: you activate Susi. She does not start from scratch. She already knows your business.

- She takes on approved tasks. Stins usage begins.
When you activate Susi
“Susi, take over.” Using what she already knows about your business, she supports you with these tasks:
- Process emails and prepare replies
- Process and answer WhatsApp messages
- Create tasks and keep track of them
- Find available times and add confirmed appointments
- Identify contacts and known people
- Take business information and known connections into account
Your approvals and connected channel permissions apply. Email replies currently require your approval before sending.
Operational Standby use is not yet enabled. Activation in the portal remains blocked until the binding Stins usage rule is approved.

Example starting at zero: all periods paid, no activation. Unused Stins do not expire in Standby. Context building uses no Stins from your reserve.
What are 10,000 Stins?
Stins are your AI credit. As a non-binding guide, 10,000 Stins represent roughly a normal month of digital assistance with email and WhatsApp.
An orientation figure, not a fixed service commitment. Actual usage depends on how you use Susi and the content involved.
How activation and billing work
When logged into the portal, use the STANDBY / ACTIVE switch. Before switching on, you confirm that Stins usage will begin. You can deactivate at any time.
Your individual monthly billing period starts with the activation of your user account. For example: from 17 September until the start of 17 October, regardless of the number of days in the month. Your monthly fee, Stin credit and active period follow this same cycle.
A started active period consumes a minimum of 10,000 Stins. Actual usage counts towards this minimum, rather than being added on top: 14,600 Stins used means 14,600 Stins charged. Switching OFF / ON again within the same period does not trigger a second minimum.
You may deactivate at any time; the minimum remains, without a proportional refund. If Susi stays active in the next billing period, a new minimum applies. Without further active use, your next paid period adds 10,000 Stins to your reserve again. Operational use stops when the available balance is exhausted.
Before any actual contract is concluded, binding, measurable usage rules will be included in the plan and contract information. Orientation figures do not replace those rules.
