STINVAR · Partner and mentor programme | Stinvar

Recommend what you know.Grow when it’s a good fit.

000Days:00Hours:00Minutes:00Seconds

Active Stinvar users who recommend the platform with genuine conviction can turn successful introductions into a lasting additional benefit.

Real experience makes a credible recommendation

You know Stinvar from your own working day. That means you can honestly show how the platform reduces workload, connects processes and gives people time back.

When your direct recommendation becomes an active customer, you receive ongoing participation. A strong recommendation can therefore keep creating value throughout the customer’s active lifetime – not only once.

First-hand experience

You recommend a solution you use yourself and can genuinely assess.

Clearly attributed

A successfully referred company is transparently assigned to your recommendation.

Lasting participation

While the directly referred customer remains active and pays, your participation continues.

10%

A benefit that can grow with every good recommendation

You do not have to be a salesperson. If your recommendation helps a company and becomes a long-term active customer, it is fair for that value to keep rewarding you too. Your 10% participation continues month after month. Several well-matched recommendations may eventually cover your own Stinvar subscription. And sometimes one good recommendation becomes far more valuable over the years than it appeared on day one – for example, when a small beginning grows into a larger customer. Whether you are self-employed, retired, running a small business or simply working with a tighter budget, an ongoing contribution can make a noticeable difference in everyday life. It is not a promise of quick riches; it is your fair share of value that your recommendation helped create.

TWO DISTINCT ROLES

Partners recommend. Mentors guide.

Partners

  • use Stinvar from first-hand experience
  • recommend the platform credibly
  • introduce suitable new customers to Stinvar

Mentors

  • take on additional personal responsibility
  • guide companies through introduction and everyday use
  • hold their own qualification for this role

A successful recommendation does not automatically make someone a mentor. Both roles have their own value and a clear profile.

The next step: the mentor programme

If you want to go beyond recommendations, personally guide companies and take responsibility for their introduction and use, the next step is mentoring. Here you can discover the experience and qualifications this role requires.

Stinvar MENTORING

Digitally strong. Personally close.

Stinvar can connect many processes digitally. But small businesses in particular sometimes want a person who truly knows the platform, explains it clearly and builds trust locally during the first steps. That is where a mentor’s role begins.

A recommendation can grow into responsibility. Responsibility can open a new perspective.

Experience comes before responsibility

Partner and mentor are two distinct roles. In principle, only someone who knows Stinvar through personal use and has already brought in at least 10 active customers through successful recommendations can become a mentor. This threshold means more than a number: it shows that a person understands Stinvar, can explain it credibly and has earned trust within their network.

Personal relationships

Good recommendations grow from real conversations and a genuine understanding of the business.

Local network

Mentors know their region, its people and the practical challenges faced by small businesses.

First-hand product experience

People who use Stinvar themselves can explain its possibilities realistically and share real experience.

HUMAN CONNECTION

A contact who understands everyday business

A mentor is neither a call centre nor an anonymous salesperson. Mentors guide businesses personally, help them get started and connect the digital platform with the realities of daily work. They complement Susi rather than replace her: Susi works digitally, while mentors add human closeness, local availability and first-hand experience.

  • locally available and personally approachable
  • clear guidance during implementation and use
  • support with organisational questions
  • practical experience instead of abstract theory
  • local trust and dependable guidance

DEVELOPMENT PATH

Partner → Mentor → Senior Mentor

The path grows with experience and responsibility. A successful recommendation does not automatically make someone a mentor, and every next step requires proven ability and qualification.

Partner

recommends Stinvar from personal experience and builds a direct, ongoing participation in active referrals.

Mentor

also assumes personal responsibility and guides businesses through implementation and use.

Senior Mentor

may guide several mentors, assume regional responsibility, support new mentors and help develop a local Stinvar network.

A second source of income can start small

Someone who reaches ten active recommendations will normally already have built an ongoing participation. It may cover some or all of their own Stinvar plan and, with further suitable recommendations, gradually develop into meaningful additional income. Additional mentoring work can open further economic opportunities.

Many self-employed people and small businesses are seeing digitalisation and AI reshape established services. The mentoring programme is not about fear; it is about agency. Building new knowledge, a network and an additional role early can create more room to act and greater economic independence.

For some, Stinvar will remain a modest additional income stream. For others, it may grow into a larger area of business over time—and, in individual cases, perhaps a genuine new professional foothold. There is no income guarantee, but there is a fair perspective for people who demonstrably create value and take responsibility.

GROWING TOGETHER

Good mentors should have room to grow

Stinvar wants to actively support successful mentors and accompany their development. The right support depends on the role, experience and genuine need.

  • technical equipment
  • training and professional development
  • marketing support
  • local visibility
  • organisational support
  • where appropriate, mobility or other practical solutions

These possibilities are not blanket promises of benefits. They illustrate what individual support for successful mentors could look like in the future.
