BUBBLEBEER MENTORING

Digitally strong. Personally close.

BubbleBeer can connect many processes digitally. But small businesses in particular sometimes want a person who truly knows the platform, explains it clearly and builds trust locally during the first steps. That is where a mentor’s role begins.

A recommendation can grow into responsibility. Responsibility can open a new perspective.

Experience comes before responsibility

Partner and mentor are two distinct roles. In principle, only someone who knows BubbleBeer through personal use and has already brought in at least 10 active customers through successful recommendations can become a mentor. This threshold means more than a number: it shows that a person understands BubbleBeer, can explain it credibly and has earned trust within their network.

Personal relationships

Good recommendations grow from real conversations and a genuine understanding of the business.

Local network

Mentors know their region, its people and the practical challenges faced by small businesses.

First-hand product experience

People who use BubbleBeer themselves can explain its possibilities realistically and share real experience.

HUMAN CONNECTION

A contact who understands everyday business

A mentor is neither a call centre nor an anonymous salesperson. Mentors guide businesses personally, help them get started and connect the digital platform with the realities of daily work. They complement Susi rather than replace her: Susi works digitally, while mentors add human closeness, local availability and first-hand experience.

DEVELOPMENT PATH

Partner → Mentor → Senior Mentor

The path grows with experience and responsibility. A successful recommendation does not automatically make someone a mentor, and every next step requires proven ability and qualification.

Partner

recommends BubbleBeer from personal experience and builds a direct, ongoing participation in active referrals.

Mentor

also assumes personal responsibility and guides businesses through implementation and use.

Senior Mentor

may guide several mentors, assume regional responsibility, support new mentors and help develop a local BubbleBeer network.

A second source of income can start small

Someone who reaches ten active recommendations will normally already have built an ongoing participation. It may cover some or all of their own BubbleBeer plan and, with further suitable recommendations, gradually develop into meaningful additional income. Additional mentoring work can open further economic opportunities.

Many self-employed people and small businesses are seeing digitalisation and AI reshape established services. The mentoring programme is not about fear; it is about agency. Building new knowledge, a network and an additional role early can create more room to act and greater economic independence.

For some, BubbleBeer will remain a modest additional income stream. For others, it may grow into a larger area of business over time—and, in individual cases, perhaps a genuine new professional foothold. There is no income guarantee, but there is a fair perspective for people who demonstrably create value and take responsibility.

GROWING TOGETHER

Good mentors should have room to grow

BubbleBeer wants to actively support successful mentors and accompany their development. The right support depends on the role, experience and genuine need.

These possibilities are not blanket promises of benefits. They illustrate what individual support for successful mentors could look like in the future.

THE MENTORING PROGRAMME ON FILM
